To place an order, select the size of cup you want and upload your custom design. Then, preview your design and finalize your order by proceeding to checkout.
2. Will I get proof before the order ships?
Yes, we will send you proof via email for all first time orders. Once received, you can make changes (if necessary) or approve it.
3. Do I pay a set-up fee?
Yes. For new customers, there will be a one-time setup fee, pricing as followed: $15 for one color printing, $30 for two color printing and $45 for multi color printing (up to 6 colors).
4. What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is 1 case, which consists of 1,000 cups for sizes 12 oz – 20 oz, and 600 cups for size 24 oz.
5. Is shipping really free?
Yes! Shipping is free.
6. What file formats do you accept for custom designs?Vector files (.ai or .eps) are recommended. High-resolution PSD, PDF, JPEG, and PNG files are also accepted.
7. What is the available print area on the cups?Please refer to the template in the “Customize” section of the product page. The area on the cup that is marked red is the available print area.
8. How long will it take to receive my custom PET cups?The lead time for standard shipping is approximately 4-6 weeks. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
9. Do you ship to PO Boxes?No, unfortunately we don't currently ship to PO Boxes.
10. Do you ship internationally?Unfortunately, we currently don’t offer international shipping. We only ship to the U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
11. Do you offer bulk discounts?
For orders containing thirty cases or more of the same product (i.e. same print and size), please contact customer service for details about bulk discounts.
12. Can I cancel my order?Your order can be canceled up until our production department has received it. The cancellation fee is 10%. If digital proof has been produced, the set up fee cannot be refunded. Once an order is in active production, it can no longer be canceled.
13. What is your return policy?Custom printed items cannot be returned.
